The Football Leadership training is a live-in transformational leadership training that operates for a minimum of 12 days to develop effective influencers in the world of football.

It is intentionally residential for an extended time to allow for the challenge of living in community with a diverse group of people truly interested in football. The compounding effect of intensity to understand the four important facets of the game of football i.e. coaching, refeereing, management & administration as well as basic sports medicine & nutrition.

In order to have an effective training experience, it is crucial to know the purpose and clear outcomes before proceeding.

Football Leadership training usually serves the need of India and is located in Goa at present with regularity. It is a central gathering place for the country as it is the hub of football in India and the local football association serves the training program and therefore footballers from across the country assemble here for the training. We encourage to have at least one participant from each state however the number varies depending on the number of participants applying for the program.
